COLLEGE/CAREER CENTER/SCHOLARSHIP NEWS:

 

Interested in attending Cal Baptist?  A college rep will be here Thursday, 3/30,  for all interested in learning more about the opportunities at Cal Baptist.  Please sign up in the Career Center.

 

CRC - Advanced Education Seminar (for students age 16 and older who want to take a community college class summer or fall 2017; gpa requirement, 2.7).  Friday, April 21st, 9:00 a.m. (sign up in the career center)

 

Career Center Hours: Open before school @ 7:30, during both lunches and after school until 3:30.

Military in the Quad: Navy (Mondays); Marines (Wednesdays); Army (Thursdays)

CLUB/ACADEMY/ACADEMIC NEWS:

 

A new club is starting on campus... Club 3:16  wants to invite students who are looking for a space and a place to take part in fellowship, worship, and serving our school and our community in an inclusive and welcoming environment. All students are welcome and encouraged to join. Our first meeting will be tomorrow morning, Thursday, 3/30 @ 8:00 in room HK6. If you have any questions please see Mr. Taylor in room HK6. (J. Congratulations to the JV and Varsity softball teams for defeating MTHS yesterday – way to go ladies!! The varsity baseball team beat Rio Americano yesterday – great job boys!! GO EAGLES!!! (B. Belden, 3/29)

Project R.I.D.E. needs your help!   They are having a steak fundraising dinner on Saturday, April 22nd.  and need volunteers for the following times:

The U.S. Military Academy at West Point is hosting an "Information Night" on Thursday, April 6th from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at American River College (ARC).  Students and families are welcome, no registration required.  See school loop news for more info. (4/6)
