Most of the resources found here were "donated" through the collaboration of your wonderful English Department. So, shake your English teacher's hand, or give him/her a pat on the back. The entire department did a great job!
Peer Tutoring Available!
If you are in need of a tutor to assist you in the revision of your writing, please contact Mr. Shaw ASAP in order to hook yourself up with this valuable service. So there is no confusion, here is the way the process works:
1. The tutee would LoopMail Mr. Shaw an essay that he/she wants help with.
2. Mr. Shaw will convert the file to a pdf and send it to one of the tutors.
3. The tutor will read the essay and respond ONLY on the peer review rubric that Mr. Shaw will provide.
4. The tutor will send the completed rubric to Mr. Shaw and the tutee, including suggestions for revision.
That’s it. It’s a simple process and service, but one that our school desperately needs. Contact Mr. Shaw ASAP if you are interested in participating.
